ನಾನು ಮುಖವಾಡವ ಕಳಚಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದೆ.

ವರುಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಅದೇ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಹುಡುಗನಾಗಿದ್ದೆ.

ನಾನು ಏನೇನೂ ಬದಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ... 

 

ಮುಖವಾಡವ ತೆಗೆಯುವುದು ಹೇಗೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವುದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿದು.

ನೀನಿನ್ನೂ ಅದೇ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಹುಡುಗ,

ಗತವು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರುವ,

ಆ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಹುಡುಗ.

 

ನಾನು ಮುಖವಾಡವ ಕಳಚಿದೆ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಧರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಹೀಗಿರುವುದೇ ಮೇಲು.

ಈ ತರಹ, ನಾನೇ ಮುಖವಾಡ.

 

ಮತ್ತೆ ನಾನು ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಮರಳುವೆ, ಬಸ್ಸು ಕೊನೇನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿದಂತೆ.
